Booking Policies

Check-in time 02:00 pm
Check-out time 12:00 pm
Early check-in can be made subject to availability at no additional cost
Late check-out will be chargeable and subject to availability
Rooms are non smoking. Guests can smoke in their balconies or in the common outdoor areas
Please be mindful of the breakfast timing of 08:00am- 10:30am and the timing of the last order for dinner at 09:00 pm.
Guests are not allowed kitchen access.
Pets are not allowed inside.
Guests are liable for any damages they cause intentionally or unintentionally.

07 Days before Arrival: cancellation fee is 100% of one night of the total booking.
05 Days before Arrival: cancellation fee is 50 % of full booking amount
Within 03 Day of arrival: cancellation fee is 100 % of full booking amount
New years booking is non-refundable

We have two very friendly dogs- neo and lily, who although don't live at Duffdun, do occasionally visit.

Information We Collect:
During the check-in process, we collect the following information from our guests:
Full name,Address,Phone number, Identification details (Adhar card, drivers license, or passport )
Use of Information:
We collect and use this information solely for the purpose of complying with government regulations and ensuring the safety and security of our guests. The information is used to maintain our guest register and to fulfill our legal obligations.

We do not share any of the collected information with third parties. The information provided to us during check-in and maintained in our guest register is kept confidential and is not disclosed to any external parties, except as required by law.
